Ms. Ekaterine Nemsadze is a cornerstone of the GVARAMADZE IP LAW FIRM legal team, having joined the firm in 2004. With over 22 years of experience in the Georgian intellectual property landscape, her practice is dedicated to the high-level protection and robust enforcement of IP assets for the firm’s international and domestic clientele.

As a specialist in contentious proceedings, she represents clients across a broad spectrum of trademark, patent, and industrial design matters. Ms. Ekaterine Nemsadze provides expert advocacy before the Appeals Chamber of the National Intellectual Property Center of Georgia (Sakpatenti) and leads the firm’s litigation practice in the Georgian civil and administrative courts. Her expertise encompasses complex oppositions, invalidation actions, and infringement cases, as well as strategic anti-counterfeiting initiatives and customs border measures.
