Ms. Tamar Chkhaidze joined Gvaramadze Patent Bureau in 2018 and has since become an integral part of the firm’s trademark and design practice. With a background in international relations she provides essential support in managing both national and international IP portfolios.

Professional Functions:

Application Filing & Management: Prepares and files national and international applications for trademarks, industrial designs, patents, and copyrights.
Trademark Search & Analysis: Conducts comprehensive searches through the databases of the Georgian Patent Office, WIPO, and EUIPO, delivering detailed search reports to clients.
Linguistic & Technical Support: Translates lists of goods and services, as well as official "Message-Requests" from examiners regarding trademark and design applications.
Client Liaison & Correspondence: Manages formal correspondence in Georgian, English, and Russian, introducing new clients to firm activities and coordinating cost notifications.
Administrative Operations: Oversees the compilation of invoices for legal and administrative actions.

Education: Graduated from the Department of History of Diplomacy & International Relations at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (2004).
Languages: Fluent in Georgian, Russian, and English.
